Main Lab
The main lab is divided into several sections with facilities for the following:
- SDS Page, western blotting and ECL revelation
- Agarose gel electrophoresis and imaging using the Gel Doc
- ELISA and digital reading
- Screening using antibody and nucleic acid probes
- Protein expression, purification and quantification
- Water distillation, incubation and shaking
- Preparation of Molecular biology buffers
- Bench space for 9 postgraduate students

The culture Room has the facilities for the following:
- Eukaryotic cell culture and microscopic analysis
- Cryopresevation
- Centrifugation
GMO Room
The GMO Room has facilities for the following:
- MaxWel DNA extraction
- Real Time PCR
PCR Room
The PCR Room has facilities for the following:
- Classical PCR machine
- Real Time PCR machine
- Gradient PCR machine
